Loungers plc, through Concho Lounge, is hiring a Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You’ll support the Head Chef and Sous Chef and help the team deliver great shifts while ensuring every dish leaving the pass is of high standard.

Qualifications

• Experience cooking with fresh ingredients in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to work well with others and support senior chefs.
• Strong hygiene and food safety practices.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to take on varied tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver great shifts.
• Help maintain a clean, well-organised kitchen.
• Take ownership of your section and prep.
• Follow allergen processes and stay compliant.
• Support the wider kitchen team and mentor junior staff.
• Ensure every plate meets the dish specs.
