Loungers’ Pionero Lounge in Rochdale is hiring a Junior Sous Chef to join the kitchen team. You’ll support the Head Chef and Sous Chef, help the team deliver great shifts, and ensure every dish leaving the pass is proudly presented.

This role offers up to £13.30 per hour plus tips, paid breaks, a free meal on every shift, and 50% off food and drinks from day one, with career development opportunities across Loungers’ growing hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or senior Chef looking to step up.
• Proven ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of allergens and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver prep and dishes to spec.
• Maintain a clean, well‑organised kitchen and uphold high standards.
• Lead by example, help develop junior team members.
