Job summary

Ludo Lounge, part of Loungers, is hiring a Junior Sous Chef to join the kitchen team. You’ll support the Head Chef and Sous Chef, ensuring dishes leave the pass to spec, while helping train newer staff and maintaining high standards.

The role offers an hourly rate up to £13.30 plus tips, staff meals, breaks, and a 50% discount from day one across all brands, with progression opportunities in a growing hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Existing Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef ready to step up.
• Ability to work at pace with limited supervision.
• Experience with fresh ingredients and knife skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver great shifts.
• Maintain a clean, well-organised kitchen and high food standards.
• Own your section, manage prep, par, hygiene and allergen safety.
