Qualifications

• Experience with fresh ingredients and strong kitchen skills (food prep hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, hygiene).
• Knowledge of allergen controls and safe kitchen practices.
• Reliable team member who can work under pressure and maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver great shifts and ensure daily prep is done.
• Maintain a clean, well-organised kitchen and uphold high food standards.
• Own your section, manage prep, par, cleanliness, hygiene and food safety.
• Follow allergen processes and ensure kitchen compliance and safety.
• Collaborate with the wider kitchen team and help develop junior staff.
• Know dish specs and ensure plates go out to spec.
