Loungers is hiring a Junior Sous Chef for Posadero Lounge, joining a growing casual dining brand with a warm kitchen culture. You’ll support Head Chef and Sous, helping the team deliver great shifts and ensuring every dish leaves the pass to spec.

This is ideal for someone aiming to step into a senior kitchen role. We offer up to £13.30/hr plus tips, paid breaks, staff meals every shift, and 50% off food & drinks from day one, with evenings/weekends likely.

Competenze

• Experience in real cooking with fresh ingredients.
• Ability to work at pace with limited supervision.
• Strong hygiene and food safety practices.
• Team player with leadership potential.

Mansioni

• Support Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver great shifts and ensure prep is done for each day.
• Maintain a clean, well-organised kitchen and uphold high food standards.
• Take ownership of your section, prep, par, cleanliness and hygiene.
• Follow allergen processes and ensure kitchen is compliant and safe.
• Support and develop newer chefs alongside the wider kitchen team.
• Know dish specs inside out and ensure every plate meets standards.
