Caravan Restaurants is hiring a Junior Sous Chef at Caravan Southbank in London. This role offers a hands-on leadership position as we open our tenth restaurant, with two floors and multiple bars. You’ll mentor the kitchen team and help deliver our guest experience from day one.

We’re seeking someone kind, confident and passionate about fresh ingredients, with a drive to lead, develop others and set high health, safety and hospitality standards.

Responsabilités

• Setting the standards for health & safety and delivering excellence across the kitchen
• Making sure every dish is made consistently, confidently and to spec
• Leading by example and helping create the kind of hospitality people want to come back for
• Giving new team members a helping hand, welcoming them aboard and inspiring their development
• Keeping on top of stock, cleanliness, health & safety and all the brilliant basics that make a great kitchen work
• Working closely with the wider restaurant team to give every guest the best experience possible
