Job summary

Megan’s Restaurants is seeking a Junior Sous Chef ready to take the next step. You’ll have strong kitchen experience, be confident running a section and uphold the standards that bring Megan’s kitchen magic to every plate.

We offer up to £15.00 per hour (NMW + base tronc), plus uncapped tronc potential, plus perks like dining discounts, team socials, and wellbeing support. Grow with us as we open new sites and move between neighbourhood restaurants.

Qualifications

• Junior Sous Chef with strong kitchen experience and ability to run a section.
• You’ll thrive in a busy service, lead by example and support senior chefs.
• You’ll develop the team and ensure high standards in all dishes.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef to run services, stepping up when needed.
• Ensure every dish meets Megan’s recipes, specs and presentation standards.
• Keep the kitchen organized and service moving during peak times.
