Job summary

Megan's Restaurants in Marlow is seeking a Junior Sous Chef for our premium Mediterranean-inspired kitchen. You'll be part of a supportive, growth-focused team and help ensure dishes meet recipe specs and look as good as they taste.

You'll train and lead the kitchen crew, maintain high hygiene standards, and have opportunities to progress to kitchen management as we expand.

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in premium branded kitchens.
• Ability to train and lead kitchen staff.
• Strong focus on food hygiene and health & safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure dishes are prepared to recipe specs and presented well.
• Train and lead the kitchen team and maintain high standards.

We're looking for an experienced and ambitious Supervisor to join us. You'll be ensuring that all our dishes are prepared correctly to the recipe spec, that every dish that reaches the pass looks incredible and helping to train & lead our awesome team. You'll also ensure that the kitchen is a beacon for food hygiene and H&S standards, with a high level of cleanliness at all times. If you want to progress then we can help you pursue a career in kitchen management by developing your skills and knowledge even further. Ideally you'll have previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a similar premium branded fresh food kitchen environment.
