Job summary

Berkeley Scott Limited in Glasgow is recruiting a Junior Sous Chef for a new high-volume branded restaurant opening in January. You will join a back-of-house team of 15–19 and help deliver exceptional service from day one.

Applicants should have branded restaurant or high-volume experience, strong food safety knowledge and the ability to organise sections under pressure. Full training and healthcare benefits are provided.
