Berkeley Scott Limited in Glasgow City Centre is seeking a Head Chef for a new opening in a high-volume branded restaurant group. The permanent role requires leadership of a large kitchen team and a focus on quality and consistency as the site launches in January.

You will oversee kitchen operations, build a strong brigade, and work with training and support to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Competitive package reflects base salary, tips and a bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• Lead a back-of-house team of 15–19 staff.
• Experience with stock control and ordering systems.
• Branded restaurant or high-volume background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a back-of-house team of 15–19 chefs and kitchen staff, managing kitchen operations, food quality and service standards during a January launch, with full training and support provided.
• Experience with stock control and ordering systems is essential.
• The Head Chef will ideally come from a branded restaurant or high-volume background and will lead a back of house team across chefs and kitchen staff.
