The Scotsman Group is Scotland's largest and most diverse hospitality group with venues across Scotland. We are looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our fantastic venue.

You will support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen management, contribute to menu development, develop junior staff and ensure compliance with regulations. You may deputise for the Head Chef in their absence, within a dynamic team environment.

Qualifikationen

• The ideal candidate will be progressing in a dynamic company that supports growth.
• Strong people and operational management skills are essential.
• Experience in the hospitality industry at supervisory level is preferred.

The Role:

As Junior Sous Chef, your role will include:

• Supporting the Head Chef in the day to day management of the kitchen
• Being involved in all aspects of the kitchen operation, in addition to menu compilation, developing junior members of the team, and ensuring that all aspects of the operation comply with legislative requirements
• Fully deputise for the Head Chef and Sous Chef in their absence.
