Job summary

Dorado Lounge, part of Loungers, is hiring a Junior Sous Chef to join the kitchen team. You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef, help the team deliver great shifts, and ensure every dish leaving the pass is of high quality.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or similar role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and deliver to spec.
• Strong knowledge of allergens and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver great shifts.
• Ensure prep is completed for each day and dishes go out to spec.
• Maintain a clean, well-organised kitchen and uphold high food standards.
• Follow allergen processes at all times and ensure safety compliance.
• Support and develop junior team members in their skills.
