MOI in London is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join the kitchen team. You will manage a designated section, oversee mise en place, and help deliver dishes to the restaurant’s exacting standards during busy service.

With 1–2 years in a fast-paced kitchen, you will contribute to menu development, support junior staff, and maintain a clean workstation. The role includes 45 hours+ per week, staff dining discounts, holiday progression, and growth within the MAD Restaurants Group.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-quality, fast-paced kitchen.
• Proven ability to manage a section and deliver consistent results during busy periods.

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to high standards of quality and presentation.
