Mortimer House Kitchen in London is seeking a motivated Junior Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in running a busy, quality-led open kitchen. You will lead the pass, mentor junior chefs and ensure every plate meets our high standards.

We value calm leadership, excellent technical cooking skills and clear communication in a fast-paced environment. A strong grasp of GP, stock control and food safety is essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie.

Responsabilidades

• Run the pass and keep the brigade organised.
• Lead the kitchen when the Head Chef is away.
• Support the launch of new menus and specials.
• Help with ordering, stock rotation, GP and waste.
• Train and coach other, more junior chefs.
• Keep standards high on food safety, allergens and cleanliness.
