Loungers are hiring a Junior Sous Chef for the Molo Lounge kitchen. You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef, deliver high-quality dishes, and help lead the team. This is a growth role with opportunities to progress into senior kitchen positions.

Qualifications

• Experience with fresh ingredients and strong kitchen skills (hot and cold prep).
• Reliable, punctual and committed to high standards.
• Strong teamwork with leadership mindset and willingness to develop others.
• Good hygiene and food safety knowledge, including allergen handling.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver great shifts.
• Maintain clean, well-organised kitchen and uphold high food standards.
• Manage own section, prep, par, cleanliness, hygiene and safety.
