Qualifikationen

• Ambitious chef ready to take on more responsibility.
• Experience in AA Rosette-awarded establishment.

• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Previous experience as Chef De Partie would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• As Junior Sous Chef, you'll support the senior kitchen team in delivering exceptional food, maintaining high standards and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
• Support the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef in delivering consistent, high-quality food
• Assist with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Support and supervise junior chefs and kitchen porters during preparation and service
• Help maintain a positive, organized and collaborative kitchen environment
• Cover breakfast duties when required
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene and allergen regulations
• Maintain excellent food quality, presentation and consistency during busy services
