The Role: Junior Sous Chef

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and driven Junior Sous Chefs to join Six by Nico Bristol! In this role, you’ll have the chance to work with fresh and innovative concepts, continuously developing your skills through our regularly changing menus.

Working alongside the Sous Chef and Head Chef, you’ll play a key role in overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring that each dish is prepared to perfection and served to the highest standard in our fast-paced, high-energy environment. You’ll also have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills by mentoring your team and fostering a collaborative spirit in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure precise seasoning, portioning, and presentation of every dish
  • Support and lead the kitchen team, promoting teamwork and collaboration
  • Uphold the highest standards in food safety and modern preparation techniques
  • Contribute to creating an unforgettable dining experience through first-class service
  • Show adaptability and strong organisational skills in a fast-paced environment
