Qualifications

• Experienced Chef or existing Junior Sous Chef looking to progress.
• Experience with fresh ingredients and good kitchen skills required.
• Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver quality dishes.
• Preparing food to specification and ensuring daily prep is completed.
• Maintaining hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.

What you'll bring:

• You are probably an existing a Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef that is looking to take the next step in their career.
• You will ideally have experience of working with fresh ingredients and be able to demonstrate good chef/kitchen skills (food prep hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, good hygiene practices)
• Good communication skills and a team player.
• Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision
• Strong knowledge of best practice when it comes to all things Allergens, kitchen essentials and Food Safety.
