Join Our Team as a Junior Sous Chef

We are looking for a dedicated Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef ready to take the next step in their career. If you are passionate about real cooking with fresh ingredients, you will thrive in our team.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering 14 great shifts per week.
• Ensure daily prep work is completed and dishes are made to specification.

• Experience working with fresh ingredients and strong kitchen skills (food prep, hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, hygiene).

• Self-motivated with the ability to work at pace with limited supervision.
• Knowledge of allergen management, kitchen essentials, and Food Safety standards.
