Join Our Team as a Junior Sous Chef

Are you passionate about real cooking? We are too! Our customers love genuine, high-quality dishes made with fresh ingredients. We believe in doing it right, and you'll be doing it with us—focusing on freshness, customer satisfaction, and quality.

As a Junior Sous Chef, you'll support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering 14 fantastic shifts each week, ensuring prep work is completed and dishes are made to specification.

What You'll Bring
  • Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef ready to take the next step
  • Experience working with fresh ingredients and strong kitchen skills (food prep, hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, hygiene)
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work at pace with limited supervision
  • Strong knowledge of allergen management, kitchen essentials, and Food Safety standards
