Qualifications

  • Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef looking to advance.
  • Strong knowledge of allergen management and Food Safety practices.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver shifts.
  • Ensure daily prep is completed and dishes are made to specification.

Job Description

Join our team as a Chef supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver 14 great shifts per week. Your responsibilities include ensuring the prep is completed for each day and making each dish to specification.

What You'll Bring
  • Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef looking to advance your career
  • Experience working with fresh ingredients and demonstrating good chef/kitchen skills (food prep, hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, hygiene practices)
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • Self-motivated to work at pace with limited supervision
