Responsibilities

• Testing software and working closely with developers to identify improvements.
• Investigating and troubleshooting customer issues.
• Replicating and escalating technical issues to the development team.
• Providing support to customers via telephone and email.
• Accurately logging customer interactions and technical queries.
• Assisting with ad hoc projects and business initiatives.
