Job summary

Listers Group is recruiting for Trainee Service Advisors to join our Dealerships. Successful candidates will enter a comprehensive induction and training programme to become Service Advisors of the future, with salary between £28,000 and £32,000 plus monthly bonus, OTE up to £36,000.

Hours vary by centre, typically 08:00-18:00 Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota basis. A full UK driving licence is required and there is opportunity for progression and benefits within the Listers

Qualifications

Experience in delivering high levels of customer service.
Ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
Comfortable working to targets and handling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Booking customer vehicles in for maintenance or repairs and coordinating with the workshop.
Greeting customers on arrival and ensuring a seamless service from drop-off to handover.
Keeping customers updated on progress and obtaining authorisations for additional work.
Liaising with Workshop, Parts and Sales to ensure timely vehicle readiness.
