Flourish in Saffron Walden is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative to own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closure. You’ll meet clients face-to-face, build relationships, and develop tailored logistics solutions.

This role offers a base salary of £30,000–£35,000 with uncapped commission and a 12-month training program. No prior logistics experience required; full training provided to unlock a rewarding career in sales.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close and ongoing account management.
• Identify and win new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings across the wider area.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand client logistics needs and present tailored solutions.
• Work towards and exceed KPI and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and sales forecasts.
