Flourish in Saffron Walden is seeking a motivated Trainee Sales Executive to own a full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing and account development.

In this role you’ll meet clients face-to-face, manage your territory, and work toward KPI and revenue targets, with a base salary of £30,000 to £35,000 plus uncapped commission. Lifetime commissions on accounts you bring in.

The 12-month training program and ongoing support provide a clear path to progression in a rewarding sales career.

Qualifications

• Confident, personable, and professional communicator.
• Motivated by targets, incentives, and career progression.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own territory.
• Experience working towards KPIs or targets (sales or non-sales backgrounds considered).
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• A proactive and resilient mindset with a strong work ethic.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close and ongoing account management.
• Identify and win new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings across the wider area.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand client logistics needs and present tailored solutions.
• Work towards and exceed KPI and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and sales forecasts.
