Flourish is seeking a Graduate Sales Development Representative in Saffron Walden to kickstart a sales career with structured training and mentorship. You will identify new business opportunities, engage decision-makers, and build a robust pipeline while working closely with senior sales colleagues.

No prior sales experience is required as full training is provided, with a clear pathway into Business Development and Account Management roles and potential for earnings through uncapped commission.
