• Engage with prospective and existing SME customers in-person and over the phone to understand their business needs.
• Identify opportunities to introduce tailored shipping and logistics solutions.
• Build trust and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Complete a 12-month training programme to accelerate your sales career.
• Learn key sales techniques, including consultative selling, negotiation, customer engagement, and account growth.
• Support customers throughout onboarding and day-to-day account management.
• Work towards clear performance targets with progression opportunities.
