Flourish in Saffron Walden is seeking a motivated Trainee Account Executive to own the full sales cycle—from prospecting through to closing and account development. You’ll meet clients face-to-face across the region, build lasting relationships, and tailor logistics solutions to client needs.

Training will be provided, with uncapped commission and clear progression opportunities. The role offers a base salary of £30,000–£35,000 plus uncapped commission, with a strong OTE potential and a 12-month

Qualifications

• Confident, personable, and professional communicator.
• Motivated by targets, incentives, and career progression.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own territory.
• Experience working towards KPIs or targets (sales or non-sales backgrounds considered).
• Full UK driving licence (essential)

Responsabilités

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close and ongoing account management.
• Identify and win new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct face-to-face client meetings across the wider area.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand client logistics needs and present tailored solutions.
• Work towards and exceed KPI and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity and sales forecasts.
