Hop Talent LTD is seeking a proactive Junior Sales Executive to join our growing serviced office business in London. You will handle sales enquiries, manage CRM records and support the team with viewings and proposals.

With around 1 year of sales/customer service experience, you will build relationships with brokers and clients, develop commercial skills and progress towards a senior sales role.

Competenze

• Approximately 1 year's experience in a sales, customer service, account management or administrative role.
• Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and building relationships over the phone, by email and face-to-face.

Mansioni

• Manage incoming sales enquiries via email, telephone and online platforms.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects and opportunities within the CRM system.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, availability schedules and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate appointments, office viewings and follow-up communications.
• Support the sales team with pipeline management and general administrative tasks.
• Ensure enquiries are responded to promptly and professionally.
