COREcruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for its London serviced offices portfolio. You will lead and coach a central sales team, drive new business, maximise occupancy, and nurture relationships with commercial agents, brokers and corporate clients to deliver exceptional client experiences.

You will manage enquiries, conversions and CRM performance, while developing targeted campaigns and strategies to sustain growth and revenue in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales team and driving revenue.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong relationship-building with agents, brokers, and clients.
• Experience with serviced offices, flexible workspace or hospitality.
• Proficient in using CRM data to drive performance.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop the central sales team.
• Build and manage relationships with key commercial property agents and brokers.
• Drive enquiries, viewings and conversions across the serviced office portfolio.
• Develop sales strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue.
• Work closely with on-site teams to convert opportunities and deliver an excellent client experience.
• Own CRM performance, pipeline management and sales reporting.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales campaigns.
• Drive a high-performance culture focused on results and continuous improvement.
