Job summary

Furza is hiring two Sales Development Executives to support its continued growth in the UK. No prior sales experience is required as you enter via a comprehensive Sales Academy and onboarding programme.

You will learn how Furza connects multi-site businesses across sectors such as retail, hospitality and leisure, building conversations via phone, email and LinkedIn. Hybrid working follows a probation period with office-based training initially.

Responsibilities

• Building a clear understanding of what our client's solutions do for customers.
• Reaching out to prospective customers by phone, email and LinkedIn to open conversations.
• Booking and supporting calls for the senior sales team.
• Keeping your activity and pipeline up to date in the CRM.
• Building relationships that turn into long‑term business.
