Job summary

Furza in Manchester is hiring three Sales Development Representatives to fuel growth in the UK. The role offers a £30,000 base salary plus £10,000 OTE (uncapped) and a clear path into senior SDR, BDM or leadership positions.

Responsibilities

• Research and engage prioritised target accounts through outbound activity (calls, emails and social selling).
• Deliver personalised, account-based outreach campaigns tailored to indivudal organisations and stakeholders.
• Generating high-quality meetings and opportunities.
• Follow up inbound enquirires and marketing-generated leads.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding each prospect’s current technology setup, challenges and decision-making processes.
• Work closely with marketing to support campaigns, events and webinars, following up with attendees and converting engagement into qualified meetings.
