CFCHOSPITALITYRECRUITMENT LTD is seeking a Junior Pastry Chef to join their esteemed 4* Hotel in Northampton. This role involves collaborating with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to produce high-quality pastries while ensuring the kitchen's hygiene and safety standards are maintained. The successful candidate will have essential qualifications, including a Level 2 Food Safety Certificate, while Level 3 is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 2 rosette kitchen is essential.
• Ability to maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Run the Pastry section with 2 pastry chef de parties.
• Ensure safe food preparation and compliance with safety policies.
• Prepare ingredients and cook dishes as required.
