Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction.
• Generate new business through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and account research.
• Identify and engage key decision‑makers within engineering and manufacturing organisations.
• Qualify opportunities and book meetings for your pipeline and senior colleagues.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity.
• Develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts and identify growth opportunities.
• Support upselling and cross‑selling of TECHNIA solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and delivery teams to progress opportunities and deliver value to customers.
