TECHNIA seeks a Junior New Business Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This early mid-level role focuses on building a robust pipeline through outbound activity while developing selected house accounts.

You will generate opportunities through proactive cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach, identifying key decision-makers in engineering and manufacturing sectors. Collaboration across sales, technical and delivery teams is essential.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and account research
• Identify and engage key decision-makers within engineering and manufacturing organisations
• Qualify opportunities and book meetings for your own pipeline and senior sales colleagues.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity.
• Develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts and identify opportunities for growth.
• Support upselling and cross-selling of TECHNIA solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and delivery teams to progress opportunities and deliver value to customers.
