Proactive Global is seeking a Business Development / Sales Trainee to join our growing recruitment business, specialising in manufacturing and engineering. The role focuses on identifying new clients, initiating contact and building commercial relationships to win new business.

You will develop opportunities through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels, speaking with decision-makers and driving a strong sales pipeline to meet targets.

Formación

• Previous sales or business development experience.
• Recruitment experience preferable but not essential.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, persistent and resilient approach to sales.
• Ability to identify opportunities and engage with decision-makers.
• Strong commercial mindset.
• Motivation to work towards targets and measurable results.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and research new potential clients across the manufacturing and engineering sectors.
• Generate new business opportunities via outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Speak with business owners, hiring managers and senior decision-makers.
• Qualify prospects and understand their recruitment requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Book meetings and develop opportunities from initial contact through to conversion.
• Develop long-term commercial relationships with new clients.
• Maintain accurate records of activity, prospects and opportunities.
• Work towards and exceed sales and business development targets.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to convert opportunities into delivered placements.
