Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is hiring a Junior Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer in Knighton to join a growing manufacturing team. You’ll receive hands-on training on specialist production machinery and contribute to keeping equipment running efficiently.

In this role you’ll perform planned preventative maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and collaborate with production teams to reduce downtime. The position features a 4 on 4 off shift pattern with uncapped overtime at time and a half,

Qualifications

• Experience or training in maintenance, production machinery, or similar.
• Willing to learn on specialist production machinery and develop skills long term.
• Good communication to work with production teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planned preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs on production equipment and site machinery.
• Support fault finding, repairs, machine reliability, and general maintenance duties.
• Work in a 4 on 4 off shift pattern with day and night shifts.
