Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer in Knighton. You will carry out planned maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and safe operation.

The role offers a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, on-the-job training, clear progression and uncapped overtime paid at time and a half. Salary is £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining production machinery.
• Ability to fault find and repair breakdowns.
• Able to work 4 on 4 off shifts.

Responsibilities

• PPMs and breakdown repairs on production equipment and site machinery.
• Fault finding and repairs, improving machine reliability.
• Support production teams to minimise downtime and ensure safe operation.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production to plan interventions.
