Ernest Gordon Recruitment is representing a leading industrial employer in Penrith seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance across a range of machinery, including motors, gearboxes and conveyors, with a 4-on 4-off pattern and days-only hours.

The role offers overtime options to boost earnings, ongoing training and clear progression to management within two years.

Qualifications

• Maintenance Engineer with industrial/manufacturing background.
• Experience with motors, gearboxes and conveyors.
• Willingness to work 4-on 4-off shifts.

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance on a range of industrial machinery.
• Maintenance and servicing of motors, gearboxes and conveyors.
• 4-on 4-off shift pattern, 42 hours a week.
• 8:00am - 8:00pm, flexitime, days only.
• Optional overtime.
