Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Junior Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer in Knighton, Wales. You will join an established manufacturing operation, receive hands-on training on specialist production equipment, and work a 4 on 4 off pattern with 6:00am - 6:00pm days, then 6:00pm - 6:00am nights.

The role involves supporting planned maintenance, responding to breakdowns, fault finding, and improving machine reliability, with a view to long-term progression.

Are you a Junior Maintenance Engineer, Trainee Maintenance Engineer, apprentice engineer or similar with experience or training in maintenance, looking to join an established company offering on-the-job training, long-term progression, and uncapped overtime?

You will work within a busy production environment, supporting experienced engineers and helping to keep machinery running efficiently.

In this varied role, you will perform planned preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns across production equipment and site machinery. You will support fault finding, repairs, machine reliability, and work closely with production teams to help minimise downtime and keep equipment operating safely and efficiently.

This role would suit a Junior Maintenance Engineer or similar who is looking for a 4 on 4 off shift role, on-the-job training, progression, and uncapped overtime paid at time and a half.

The Role:
