Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Junior Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer in Knighton, Wales. You will join an established manufacturing operation, receive hands-on training on specialist production equipment, and work a 4 on 4 off pattern with 6:00am - 6:00pm days, then 6:00pm - 6:00am nights.

The role involves supporting planned maintenance, responding to breakdowns, fault finding, and improving machine reliability, with a view to long-term progression.

Qualifications

• Experience or training in maintenance, manufacturing, or production machinery.
• Willing to work 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
• Commutable to Knighton.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with PPMs and breakdown repairs on production equipment and site machinery.
• Supporting fault finding, repairs, machine reliability, and general maintenance duties.
• 4 on 4 off shift pattern with days and nights as specified.
