Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer in Knighton to join an established manufacturer. You will perform PPMs and breakdown repairs on production equipment, fault find and repair electrical and mechanical systems, and support machine reliability across the site.

The role offers hands-on training, on-the-job development, and a structured path for progression with uncapped overtime paid at time and a half.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining production machinery and site equipment.
• Ability to fault find and repair electrical/mechanical systems.
• Competence in planned preventative maintenance (PPMs).

Responsibilities

• PPMs and breakdown repairs on production equipment and site machinery.
• Fault finding, repairs, machine reliability and general maintenance duties.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimise downtime and maintain safe equipment.
