Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is working with a Wellington, Taunton site to appoint a Junior Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer. You will receive hands-on training across production machinery and site equipment while working with experienced engineers to keep machinery running safely and efficiently.

This role covers planned preventative maintenance, breakdowns, repairs and installations. A mechanical bias with a manufacturing background is ideal, and you will enjoy Monday to Friday hours

Qualifications

• Junior Maintenance Engineer, Trainee Maintenance Engineer or Apprentice Engineer.
• Mechanically biased with an interest in manufacturing or production machinery.
• Commutable to Wellington.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with planned preventive maintenance, breakdowns, repairs and machinery installations.
• Training on production machinery, site equipment and general maintenance tasks.
• Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:30am - 12:30pm, with uncapped enhanced overtime available.
