Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Penrith on a 4-on 4-off rotating pattern. You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on industrial machinery, fault finding across conveyors, motors and gearboxes, and benefit from the option of overtime to boost earnings.

The role offers training, progression to management within 2 years, and a strong work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Ability to fault find on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Comfort with planned and reactive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance on a range of industrial machinery.
• Maintenance and servicing of motors, gearboxes and conveyors.
• 4-on 4-off shift pattern, 42 hours a week.
• 8:00am - 8:00pm, flexitime, days only.
