Yolk Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer in Merthyr Tydfil. You will maintain and repair equipment to keep production lines running efficiently, working a 4on4off days/nights shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Experience as a maintenance engineer in fast-paced manufacturing or food production.
• Strong electrical fault-finding and repair skills.
• Proactive problem-solver with ability to work under pressure.
• NVQ, HNC or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Responsabilités

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime on production lines.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and food industry regulations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams for seamless operation.
