Qualifications

• Exposure to business application support and/or IT support functions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user support requests in person and through various platforms.
• Act as a first responder with the Service Desk team.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Set up new equipment and accounts for new joiners.
• Assist with the management and maintenance of user accounts.
