Job summary

MCS Group is partnering with a growing software company to recruit a Junior Implementation Consultant to join its expanding delivery team. You will work alongside experienced consultants to help customers successfully implement and adopt the company's software, gaining exposure to data, configuration, and go-live activities.

This role suits someone early in their career who enjoys technology, problem-solving and working with customers, with strong training and support to develop your skills

Qualifications

• Some experience with software, technology or data.
• Strong Excel skills and data handling.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Confident communicator with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support software implementations for customers across the lifecycle.
• Gather and document customer requirements and map to solutions.
• Configure software and workflows to customer needs.
• Work with customer data including mapping, validating information and data migration.
• Test solutions and support go-live readiness.
• Assist in customer workshops and training sessions.
