Job summary

MCS Group is seeking a Senior Project Analyst to join a growing transformation team. You'll work with business stakeholders, project managers, developers and engineers to understand processes and deliver technology solutions.

You will analyse and document business processes, run workshops, translate needs into requirements, support testing, and help deliver transformation, automation and AI projects in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Project Analyst.
• Strong process mapping and requirements gathering experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience running workshops and challenging processes to identify improvements.
• Naturally analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
• Interest in technology and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Understand, analyse and document business processes with stakeholders.
