Job summary

inforcer is seeking a motivated Junior Implementation Manager to help onboard new MSP partners, coordinate webinars and classroom training, and maintain essential project documentation. The successful candidate will be a proactive communicator, detail-oriented, and keen to develop skills in technology implementation.

You will work closely with the implementation team to manage timelines, communicate with clients, and continuously improve onboarding processes while expanding your technical

Qualifications

• Some experience in implementation management or project management is advantageous.
• Strong project management and client communication skills.
• High levels of organisation and attention to detail.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Experience contributing to video or educational content is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, book and co-host client webinars to educate partners on the inforcer platform.
• Organise, plan and support client-facing classroom training sessions and assist the implementation team.
• Support the delivery of multiple implementation sessions and manage client communications.
• Proactively update and create documentation, including video content for internal and customer use.
• Maintain the LMS content to keep it current and accessible for partners.
• Apply technical knowledge to troubleshoot issues during implementation; expand Microsoft knowledge.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and ensure the solution meets business requirements.
• Drive onboarding improvements and enhance the overall client experience.
