Job summary

RedRock Resourcing is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join a growing Professional Services team in Bristol. You will deliver enterprise software solutions for major UK clients, configuring software to meet each client’s requirements and collaborating with technical teams to ensure successful delivery.

You’ll gather business requirements, configure workflows and interfaces, support data migrations, and provide client training throughout the deployment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing enterprise software solutions.
• Experience configuring business applications or software platforms.
• Background within pensions, payroll, financial services or another highly regulated environment.
• Understanding of business processes and workflow configuration.
• Experience with SQL Server.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Configuring enterprise software solutions to meet client requirements.
• Gathering and analysing business requirements through client workshops.
• Configuring workflows, calculations, interfaces and reports.
• Supporting data migrations and system implementations.
• Troubleshooting calculation and configuration issues.
• Delivering client training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Working closely with internal Product, Development and Professional Services teams.
